OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.

Red Duck Pale Ale is a refreshing, modern styled beer. Brewed with plenty of Australian pilsner malt and Cascade, Simcoe, Saaz, Centennial, Hallertau and Chinook hops this beer is a perfect all round tasty pale.

Welcome aboard the good ship Pleazure Kruze! A delicious, perfectly balanced tropical Hazy Pale Ale. Pleasantly hazy sun-kissed straw colour and a pillowy soft mouthfeel. The hop flavours blend perfectly with the juicy aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple and lychee effecting a super clean finish with just a hint of quenching bitterness.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

The aroma is an uplifted blend of fresh tropical fruits with elements of passionfruit and grapefruit from the significant dry hopping of Australian Ella, Galaxy and Cascade hops. Overall, the balanced malt sweetness with the vibrant fruitiness of the hops blends seamlessly to provide a refreshing Australian Pale Ale.

Mornington Pale is an American-style pale ale, pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head. Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

Kosciuszko Brewery encompasses the spirit and the inspiration of the Snowy Mountains. Their Pale is slightly cloudy ale that challenges the limits of the traditional Australian Pale Ale. Crafted from a blend of Pale & Munich malts, and brewed using Tasmanian grown Galaxy hops our pale ale delivers a pleasant maltiness with a refreshing fruity hop finish. Carton of 24 x 355mL Cans.
