Fat Yak is created in the traditional North American pale ale style. The style has been popular with boutique beer drinkers in the States for some time but only recently has come onto the radar for the more adventurous beer drinkers.A lovely golden amber colour, the first impression is the distinctive hop driven fruity aromas, giving characteristic passionfruit and melon notes. The taste is clean on the palate which leaves you looking forward to the next Fat Yak.

Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, Colonials master brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australia's hop heroes to create the perfect pale. The result is a tropical-tinged treat that's a glowing golden in colour, with subtle hints of passionfruit, pine and spicy botanics. OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

Young Henrys wouldnt be what it is without Newtown. Its their home, community and inspiration. So when the suburb celebrated its sesquicentenary they were invited to brew a unique beer to celebrate, they jumped at the chance. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner. In a bit of a nod to the suburbs past and present influences, we used a blend of English and Australian malts. Then we added three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.

You can expect tropical fruit, floral, melon and lemon-lime aromas.The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.

The easy going surf rock of pale ales. This decidedly hoppy beer has a melody of fresh hop character led by tropical fruits, Pineapple and passionfruit, reminiscent of chilled out summer days. The lingering tropical hop and mellow malt flavours are the smooth finish to this Tropical Pale Ale.
