The Ile de Ré lies off the west coast of France, in the region of Charente-Maritime. Produced from vineyards justly known as the Bois à terroirs de lIle de Ré, the most westerly part of the Cognac region, Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island Cognac is a voyage of discovery into new and unexpected aromas and flavours.

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

Family owned and run for over 170 years, the Glenfarclas distillery has produced a slightly smoky, spicy Scotch with a rich long lasting finish. The 15 Year Old is golden amber in colour, the nose shows rich oak and a hint of peat smoke, with soft fruity characters. Using a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from Western Australia, our full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured with elegant spices and fruit with a smooth creamy finish. Each barrel is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with our small batch tradition.
