This 2023 Riesling has citrus aromas followed by lemon and lime flavours with a crisp refreshing palate.

Attractive coppery pink in the glass. The nose has notes of musk, candied orange peel, fresh blood orange, sour cherry, fresh herbs and a slight Campari twist. Bitter-edged on the palate with that blood orange note, with musky pear, peach and strawberry fruit. It has a soft phenolic texture along with zesty tannins that add a pleasant grip. Finishes dry, clean and tangy. Engaging and moreish, with impressive finesse for this style of wine, and with a good volume of fresh fruit to balance the phenolic and savoury skinsy elements.

Winemaking:The grapes for this wine were picked at night to keep the temperature cool and enhance fruit quality and freshness.The wine was fermented in tank over a 14 day period with temperature control to retain fruit intensity. Tasting Notes:This wine is full of character highlighted with aromas of peach, melon, and citrus. The fruit flavours are balanced with a natural intensity and very smooth finish. Young Poets Pinot Grigio has bright fruit characters of green apple and ripe pear. Softly textured and balanced with a crisp acidity to the finish.

Abracadabra and just like that the grapes from the vines magically turn into flavoursome wine. This smooth Chardonnay with aromas of blossums and white peaches lift across that palate leaving a fine, crisp finish. Perfectly suited with grilled salmon and creamy sauce dishes.

Barokes Chardonnay Semillon Bin 241 displays a lovely bouquet of honey and gentle floral notes, a result from the subtle wine maturity which provides a distinctive peach aroma. Pale green in colour with golden hues.
