Iron Jack is a mild, mid strength lager with low body and low bitterness to produce an easy drinking beer for maximum refreshment.The beer is fermented with lager yeast and fermented cool toproduce the clean, fresh taste thatmakes it so sessionable. The subtle use of Saazhops to add complexity and give the impression of a fullerbeer is evident in the aroma andlate flavour characteristics of the beer.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.
