As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat.The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma. A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, which are both renowned for their floral and fruity hop characteristics. The Pale Ale has a clean taste, coming from the strain of yeast used, with flavours leaning somewhat towards the hop flavour over the malts. Medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a smooth refreshing dry finish makes this a desirable and pleasant drinking beer.

Iron Jack is a mild, mid strength lager with low body and low bitterness to produce an easy drinking beer for maximum refreshment.The beer is fermented with lager yeast and fermented cool toproduce the clean, fresh taste thatmakes it so sessionable. The subtle use of Saazhops to add complexity and give the impression of a fullerbeer is evident in the aroma andlate flavour characteristics of the beer.

A light malt base serves as the perfect backdrop for Yullis Norman Australian Ale. There's plenty of hoppy flavour and floral aromas to enjoy here, with hints of apple and pear on the palate,finished with a touch of bitterness.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect seasonal IPA making use of our favourite citrus fruit.
