Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

A luscious Porter brewed with chocolate malt, chocolate wheat and hazelnuts, the hero in this creamy, full-bodied beer is the peanut butter character. Brewed with hazelnuts, lactose and peanut flavour (does not contain peanuts).

We could have given this continental-style Lager a fancy name. We could have called it "The Cleanest, Crispest Lager You'll Ever Drink". Or even "Harold" - that's a solid name. But this Lager speaks for itself. An easy drinking beer that will keep you coming back for more.

Crisp, light bodied and American in style, it displays subtle hoppy dryness, spicy citrus aromatics and a nutty malt finish.

Bright and bursting with flavour. This light-bodied refreshing Extra Pale Ale is the liquid embodiment of all things summer. The use of Mosaic and Citra hops gives strong citrus and stone fruit flavours and aromas. It’s clean with an assertive bitterness leaving you wanting more.

This beer tells the story of an American India Pale Ale with the main protagonist being hops. North American hops are added throughout the brewing process, giving this beer a very happy ending. Brewed with pure Otway rainwater. ABV 6.4%

This beer is designed to be the perfect cleansing ale. Golden straw in colour, the use of malted wheat imparts a dry finish matched with a clean and distinct hop aroma imparted from the Ella hop variety.

The beer we serve at our taproom when someone asks for something ‘easy’. The DayDream lacks nothing on the body for a session ale, whilst maintaining a completely approachable profile for any drinker-alike.

A clear cherry Brandy that originates in eastern Europe, Kirsch is used in desserts and cocktails but it is best enjoed in a small glass, warmed by your hands.
