There is quite a rare balance in this Alpine Cider. In drier ciders, its easy to lose the intensity of the fruit. Thats not the case here. The crisp fruity pink lady is the hero of the show. Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

This wine is bright straw in colour. Aromas of peach, papaya and apricot jump from the glass with subtle notes of oak in the wake. The palate is full bodied and fruity with great texture and a delightful creaminess as a result of four months on yeast lees. Served perfectly with creamy fish pie with a side of green beans. The Ginger Kid Ginger Beer is made by two brothers, Kye and Quinn Livingstone. Quinn has a background in winemaking and uses this knowledge to make a ginger beer that is handcrafted in a similar fashion to wine. When making wine, winemakers aim to extract as much colour and flavour from the fruit as possible. This philosophy is applied to the ginger beer and the results are evident a ginger beer that tastes like a ginger beer should crisp, clean and full of strong ginger flavour!
