Carlton Dry's extended brewing process removes excess sugars creating a smooth, crisp finish with lower carbohydrates than a full strength beer. A clean, crisp and incredibly refreshing lager that is perfect drinking in the summer sunshine or equally at home.

Crisp, light bodied and American in style, it displays subtle hoppy dryness, spicy citrus aromatics and a nutty malt finish.

The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.

A clear cherry Brandy that originates in eastern Europe, Kirsch is used in desserts and cocktails but it is best enjoed in a small glass, warmed by your hands.

Kaffe Arabika is a wonderfully rich and flavoursome coffee liqueur that is ideally served straight up or over ice but is equally delicious when mixed with either milk or cola. Why not add it to your favourite cocktail mix for that extra espresso character?

This refreshing golden Ale from Prickly Moses has hints of tropical fruit, honey and citrus. It is made to help support the conservation of Tiger Quolls. It is brewed with pure Otway rainwater.

Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.
