The ‘Eleven’ Shiraz was picked and co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier at the optimum fruit maturation to create a well-balanced wine with big, soft, velvety tannins. Blueberries, cherries, chocolate and cinnamon aromas are evident, with plums, licorice on the palate.
