WABIGIN literally means beautiful Japanese woman. The producer, Hombo Shuzo, has spent considerable time and effort that has resulted in the creation of a unique and truly premium Japanese Gin. All 9 botanicals are grown locally in Kagoshima Prefecture in South Japan on the island of Kyushu. It is aromatic, fresh and an elegant style of Gin with its unique Japanese element.Limited release.

One of the most renowned shochu products in Japan, the First Generation Kamekura, is distilled from locally sourced ‘Nijo’ barley from the Okayama Prefecture and longterm-aged in first-fill sherry barrels to create a delightfully rich and elegant tasting Shochu that swells into a fragrant, fruity, creamy, sherry-bomb. Packaged in Mino ware pottery made in the eastern part of Mino, mainly in Toki City and Tajimi City in Gifu Prefecture. The nose is rich, bready, stewed pear, tinned peach, and Pedro Ximénez sherry. Bold notes of sherry and spice on the palate; give way to barley, wood, stone fruit, shiraz, plum, fig, and blackberry jam. An elegant finish of vanilla, spice, tart plum, and McWilliam’s Cream Apera. Lingers on the palate.

In ancient times, the land around I-Lan in Taiwan was called Kavalan, a mysterious land that was solely inhabited by the indigenous people of the Kavalan clan. The name was officially recognized by the Emperor of the Chin dynasty in the year of 1809 when the original city was also built under the same name. Kavalan ex-Bourbon Oak dilutes the Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46% alcoholic strength. It is incredibly smooth with a soft sweetness, losing the harshness of the alcohol's edge. It has a clean and fresh tropical fruitiness with lingering vanilla, coconut and spices.

Suntory's Flagship whiskey, the Yamazaki takes its place as the number 1 single malt whiskey in Japan. Also available in 12, 18 and 25 year varieties the Distillers reserve is the youngest in the lineup. Crafted using malt matured in sherry casks which gives the whisky a rich spiced nose of sherry soaked plums and raisins. On the palate you’ll find coffee and chocolate with a hint of smoke.
