The Morning Fog Chardonnay gets its name from the summer morning fog that billows inland through the Golden Gate into the bowl of the San Francisco Bay. 100% barrel fermented to create a rich Chardonnay exhibiting a classic profile of tropical fruit and Bosc pear alongside warm oak aromatics. The luscious palate suggests crème brulee and buttered toast, and finishes with fresh acidity

Layered with notes of green apple, juicy pear and warm baking spices. 0% barrel fermentation, 50% stainless steel fermentation. Sur lie aged and hand stirred (batonnage) monthly.

Aromas of ripe black currant, savoury oak and spice. Palate of dark red fruits, overlayed with rich mocha, some cigar box, some spice. Finishes smooth with vanilla and caramel.

Rich, creamy textured entry level Californian Chardonnay. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and honeycomb aromas overlaid with toasty oak mix with some butterscotch, crème brulee and spice notes. Rich and creamy textured, mouth filling ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours meld into a charry oak led back drop of crème brulee and spicy nougat. Fresh underlying acidity finishing full and round. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 14.5%
