Riddoch became an influential figure, establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony.This buoyant Coonawarra Sparkling Shiraz is typified by ample blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate aromas and flavours, seductive panforte, smooth velvety textures, savoury spice and fine persistent bubbles. Predominately, our signle plot vineyard Pinot grape is used here with a touch of Chardonnay to bring a subtle nuance of flavours ripe for Australian summers. Grown & produced at our Ocean facing vineyard which rests under the watchful gaze of Paddy's Head nature reserve on Tasmania's pristine East Coast, the terroir of the region and natural amphitheatre are quintessential for growing our colder climate grapes which we find perfectly reflected here.
