Arquitecto Tequila is created from high altitude agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca. The tequila is distilled in copper, exclusively from the weber blue agave plant in Mexico. The agave is cooked, crushed, fermented, and distilled within a range of 41- 45% ABV at Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila. No immature agave, no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives were used in the production of Arquitecto Tequila.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12-year-old 100% Weber Blue Agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months. This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process.

The Dons latest elixir is a handcrafted spirit using the finest Agave from the Jalisco highlands and tequila ageing methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Cazcabel and Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 8 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated 2000+ metres above sea level, and is know for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Olmeca Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Casamigos Reposado, aged for 7 months, is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

Using 100% Weber Blue Agave, picked at their peak anywhere from 8-12 years old Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavours of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila by 1800 is ideal for sipping.
