Mount Majura Chardonnay
High-quality wine, nectarine and white peach driving the initial impetus, grapefruit and acidity the finish; controlled barrel ferment oak the clincher.

Chancellor & Co Chardonnay
This wine has an immediately inviting aroma of apricot and peach with an underlying melon character. The palate is ripe and fruity, with peach and apricot again being the dominant features.
Katnook Estate Chardonnay
Katnook Estate Chardonnay has fragrant aromas of melon fruit and cashew nuts that are supported by ripe sweet peach flavours with buttery undertones.
Thelema Chardonnay
This wine has a beautiful light straw colour. Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours compliment the toasty oak in the wine. Gyles Webb bought Thelema, a charming dilapidated fruit farm, in 1983 with the help of his wifes family. Fruit orchards were pulled out and vines were planted. The manor house was restored and the first wines under the Thelema label were released in 1988. The ripe pure-fruited wines were a revelation to many and it wasnt long before the romantic tale of a run-down old fruit farm became the success story of an avant-garde winery. By the mid 90s Thelemas wines sold out within a month after release, making it one of the most sought-after wine estates in South Africa.
Radford Dale Chardonnay
Paringa Estate
This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.
Xanadu Chardonnay
Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.
