Chartreuse is an aromatic French liqueur flavoured with 130 herbs. Naturally green colour, it can be served cold or as a fragrant base to cocktails.

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Family owned and run for over 170 years, the Glenfarclas distillery has produced a slightly smoky, spicy Scotch with a rich long lasting finish. The 15 Year Old is golden amber in colour, the nose shows rich oak and a hint of peat smoke, with soft fruity characters. Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.

Founded in 1832, the house is the oldest business still operating in the Armagnac. Under the guidance of the Castarede family, six generations on, Armagnac Castarede makes available vintage and non-vintage Armagnacs distilled primarily between 1900-2000 from throughout the Bas Armagnac.

With an average age of around 15 years and made from the finest terroirs in Cognac; Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, predominantly distilled in 1990, the Selections unique character comes from long ageing in oak barrels, which adds incomparable fullness and sweetness.
