Ballinaclash is a small pick-your-own orchard, vineyard and cellar door, owned and run by Peter & Cath Mullany and their six children. It is situated near Young, in the Hilltops cool-climate region of New South Wales. The Ethereal One celebrates wines with ethereal qualities - so delicious and graceful in style they seem not to be of this world. This classic Italian style Montepulciano has an intense purple colour and aromas of blackberries, plums and black cherries, followed by hints of chocolate. The palate is dominated with boysenberries and black plum, perfectly balanced with generous silky tannins.

This remarkable Fleurieu Sangiovese explodes with aromas of strawberries and raspberries and hints of earthy, forest floor and anise. Red fruits dominate the flavours with layers of complex savoury herbs, and structured chalky tannins create a refreshing finish.

This Hawke's Bay Rose has hints of strawberries and blackberries, giving it a soft and luscious texture leading to a clean and dry finish.

Translucent cherry color. The nose offers up aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and pomegranate with spice endnotes. Flavors of sweet cherries intermix with pomegranate and plum juice followed by some spice on the medium dry finish. Brisk acidity with an aftertaste of sweet cherries, plum juice, pomegranate, and light spice.

This new release from Little Giant is an absolute cracker! Sourced from dry grown vineyards across South Australia, this is a classic looking Malbec with a deep crimson colour in the glass. Dark berry aromas are complemented by floral hints and a subtle sweet tobacco influence that is so typical of this varietal. The palate is bursting with juicy black fruits, a touch of oak and a soft easy-going tannin structure making it a perfect match for any kind of barbecued meats. At 14% abv, this stunning Malbec is terrific to drink now, but will cellar extremely well and soften over the next 2 - 6 years.

Great Pinosity on offer here, showing regional character and imbued with complexity found in the Adelaide Hills. Theres vivid strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity and a subtle whole bunch character. Great balance of sweet and savoury fruit on the palate with a complexing length that displays cleansing acidity with soft tannins and a lasting finish. Pair with your favourite mushroom dish.

Another great success story of grape grower turned grower/winemaker. Troy Kalleske is the latest custodian of a family heritage that dates back to 1853 when the Kalleske family first planted vineyards in the Moppa sub-discrict of Greenock, in the north-west of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz (with a touch of Viognier and Petit Verdot) is 100% biodynamic and has concentrated aromas of blueberry, cloves, violets and dried fig. The silken palate that follows has dark fruit and lifted notes of floral with a sublime length of flavour.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.
