Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

A German style Pilsner, Trumer Pils is characterized by a distinct hops flavour, high carbonation and light body. A combination of Saaz and Austrian hops, malt mashing process and proprietary yeast make Trumer Pils unique among beers.

Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. WINE PANEL NOTE: An attractive nose of lemon, white nectarine, white flowers, supported by subtle, savoury biscuit notes. Very creamy and rich on the palate, with sweet, pulpy citrus balanced by lemony acidity and subtle lime pith. A wonderfully balanced and approachable introduction to English sparkling wine. Inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s original recipes and the ripening oranges growing on the trees in sun-drenched Seville, the result is a perfect balance of the uniquely bittersweet taste of Seville oranges balanced with the complexity of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Best served with Premium tonic and a squeeze wedge of orange. In the 1830s Charles Tanqueray was not afraid to mix up brave ideas in his own unique style. He invented a gin recipe that is still celebrated to this day. The perfect mix of ingenuity, heritage and hard work.
