Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.

A full flavoured wine from the popular Margaret River region. It has a beautiful balance of sweet citrus fruits complemented by nougat and grilled nut flavours. We bought our bottle for just under $13 during a recent visit to Wollongong and came back for seconds. What a delight it is - crisp, fresh, smoothly textured and packed with juicy, nectarine-like varietal flavour. An elegant, vibrant and fragrant nose with lemon, lime and pear in the foreground. Notes of peach blossom and subtle jasmine create lift and combines with cardamom pod, almond meal and roasted cashew. The palate has immense purity, with power and persistence. Lime and lemon pith define the palate, which carries through to a delicately layered middle, threaded with a fine mineral spine. Sesame seed and blanched almonds enhance complexity, finishing with a sparkling acid structure. This wine has energy in its youth, and will build texture with cellaring.

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.

The Brookland Valley Chardonnay is full of intense fruit aromas and a balanced palate. the bouquet displays lifted peach and nectarine notes combined with cashew, nougat and brioche. the palate is generous with citrus and stone fruit dominance. these flavours are supported by vanilla, spice and toasty oak.

This appealing Chardonnay has a nose of citrus with melon notes. The palate shows concentrated peach and grapefruit flavours with a creamy finish. Fantastic value!

This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

A well structured wine offering both elegance and generosity of flavour. Stone fruits mingled with toasted nuts provide a complex array of flavours over a core citrus backbone.
