No other variety allows the winemaker so much room to move in terms of flavour modification in the winery. In this wine we have used barrel fermentation in 25% new oak puncheons, juice MLF, wild yeast fermentation, yeast lees stirring and some solids inclusion in the ferment.

The perfumed bouquet exhibits flinty scents of stone fruit and melon, coupled with lemon as well as nutty, biscuity oak notes. Crisp nectarine flavours combine with lemon curd and apricot undertones to offer a creamy and rich palate. Supported and balanced by taut lemon acidity, these elegant elements culminate in a generous finale. The finish is marked by hazelnut and nougat characters. With a cellaring potential of three years, this alluring white wine tastes amazing with warm chicken salads served alongside mango, peach and Macadamia nuts.

This enticing Credaro Kinship Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with bright green highlights lurking throughout. The attractive bouquet exudes scents of cashew, citrus, pear, nectarine and white flowers. The palate is soft and medium to full bodied, containing fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours supported by creamy biscuit undertones. These fruit elements integrate with a fine layer of mineral acidity to provide an elegant structure and a captivating climax.
