This is an amazingly aromatic and delicate Rosé from biodynamically farmed Grenache grown in the sandy soils of McLaren Vale. Think Rosehip tea, roses, musk sticks and flowers and you're heading in the right direction. It drinks dry but the riot of perfume and delicate spice keep you coming back to the glass.

Made by Rose Kentish from Ulithorne at Domaine de la Sangliere, on the south coast of Provence, near Toulon. Vineyard and Vinification are run under organic principals. Think of it like a tea – how the water absorbs colour, texture, flavour and tannin from the leaves. After the process – a new rosé is born.
