Husk Distillers North Coast Bar Series Spiced Bam Bam Rum

Australia's first spiced agricole rum. Designed to reflect the salty coastal rainforests of the North Coast of NSW, Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged sipping rum. It is then infused with whole native & traditional botanicals including wattleseed, native ginger, citrus (mandarin & orange), cinnamon quills, Tahitian vanilla beans and sea salt. The result is a softly spiced rum that actually tastes like rum, perfect to sip on the rocks, mix with ginger or in any rum cocktail.

23rd Street Distillery Prime 5 Brandy

A blend of years has created the ultimate in refined character. A ged portions of traditional, double pot distilled liquor contribute sophisticated richness and roundness. Portions distilled by the single pot process balance these characters with lively, bright top notes. Parcels have been aged up to eight years in ex-chardonnay French and American oak barrels, contributing further richness and depth.

Manly Spirits Marine Botanical Vodka

Manly Spirits Marine Botanical Vodka is distilled like a Gin, without the use of any Juniper. This has resulted in an incredibly smooth Vodka that is absolutely reflective of the ocean and Australian beach culture. Locally foraged Beach Cast Kelp and Sea Parsley keep the ingredients list simple but flavourful. This Botanical Vodka is truly special, and truly Australian.

Red Hen Classic Dry Gin

A delicate gin that is Juniper forward, with some soft citrus & floral notes up front. The pallet is crisp and peppery off the back of fresh Celery Leaf, Cubeb Pepper Berries and Grains of Paradise. These tones flow smoothly with a hint of Cassia into a delicate, balanced finish. Awards: Champion Gin, Royal Perth Distilled Spirit Awards 2020. Best in Class in Classic Dry Gin category, Australian Gin Awards 2019. Best Small Batch Spirit, Australian Distilled, Spirit Awards 2017.

Four Pillars Olive Gin

Four Pillars sourced olive leaf and olive oil from Cobram Estate, in northern Victoria after visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest. Using olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gin & tonic, with rosemary and lemon!

Ambleside Distillers Small Acre Gin

Twelve botanicals, some from our own distillery garden, make up this punchy gin. Rhubarb, bay leaf, apple and cloves give a savoury zing on the palette. This style pairs well with just about anything green and leafy, our suggestion is some fresh basil and a quality, floral tonic water. Great for cocktailmaking & mixing.

Poor Toms Fools Cut Gin

Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Ambleside Distillers Big Dry Gin

Big, dry and peppery. Big Dry has notes of rosemary thyme, kaffir lime and sage, but what sets this gin apart is the jalapeno we use to give it that extra kick. The intenseand robust flavours complement the dry taste of the juniper berries. This style lends itself to a martini or as a G&T with a slice of jalapeno and coffee beans.

Rocky Jones Salted Caramel Gin

This gin has rested in French oak barrels for several months. The caramel aroma and flavour is derived from the natural sugars of the barrel. This gin is smooth and displays strong flavours of caramel, vanilla and honey. Enjoy this gin on the rocks, with a splash of soda or ginger ale.

The Craft & Co Gingerbread Gin

Utterly unique, this unashamedly unfiltered gin retains all the warmth from the macerated ginger root, smashed nutmeg, cinnamon and tonka beans, recalling that delicious sense of joy from all your favourite festivities. Its your new happy place.
