Matilda Bay Brewing Company was originally created in 1983 by three mates in Fremantle, WA. Fast forward to now and the Matilda Bay name has a wide portfolio of award winning craft beers. The heart of this blended Scotch is from the Speyside region, and as such it is stylistically similar. Peat and heather on the nose, with a surprisingly light palate. Great neat or with your favourite mixer.

Golden brown in colour, Glenkinchie Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky displays sharp and brittle notes. Complex and refined, an astonishing balance between the sweet and dry flavours of vanilla and grape. The malted barley and cask wood offer nuttier tones and a complex oaky finish.
