It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Bells is made from blending various malt and grain whiskies, specially selected to ensure consistency of flavour. The key malt whisky comes from Blair Athol distillery, which stands at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands. Bells is fresh, fruity with just a hint of smoke to nose.

Cragganmore Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears warm gold in colour with a sweet nose of jelly, juicy fruits and a slight smokiness. Light to medium body with a firm, sweet palate of smoky undertones and nutty fruitiness. Medium finish with lovely oaky expressions, banana and vanilla notes linger on the tongue.

Glenfarclas 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rich, dark mysterious gold colour with a nose reminiscent of relaxing in an old leather armchair while eating walnuts and chocolate covered raisins. The flavour is sweet initially with orange segments dipped in liquid chocolate. Then a lovely flavour of burnt brown sugar at the back of the mouth The finish is dry oozing with big tannins and more richdark cocoa beans. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gin a unique juniper and floral flavour. To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfers G & Tee of choice.

Inspired by Signature Range, The Spice Tree brings older components and a significant portion of sherry-cask aged malt whisky back to life. It is a spicy, rich and elegant whisky with a depth of flavour and complexity.

This is a classic, juniper-forward London Dry style gin. Amongst the recipes thirteen botanicals is a nod to Scotland, with native cobnuts and black mulberry. This is a refined, crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish. Clean and fresh on the nose, whilst the palate offers juniper, pine and lavender. Bright citrus gives away to a soft, round finish.
