The GlenAllachie Distillery, sitting in a 20-acre site in Speyside, was built in 1968. A team led by Scotch whisky industry veteran Billy Walker completed the acquisition of The GlenAllachie Distillery in October 2017. It is one of the younger distilleries on Speyside but it has over 50,000 casks maturing on-site, some of which date back to the 1970s. GlenAllachie used to be produced only for blends. This is the first time the whiskies have been released as stand-along single malts. None of the range is chill- filtered or coloured. The GlenAllachie 12 year old (46% ABV) is GlenAllachies flagship bottling. Polished bronze in colour it has a nose of butterscotch and honey playing the lead with raisins and mocha in the background. On the palate there is honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

The Chivas Brothers have a long and esteemed history in the art of blending rare Scotch whisky. This expertise is on display here with the Royal Salute 21 Year Old. Beginning where others end, the 21 Year Old is a complex Scotch, ranging from lemon and tea to chocolate and coconut. Available in the now famous porcelain bottle that comes in three different colours representing the jewels inlaid into the Crown Jewels. Glasgow Blend from Compass Box Whisky was inspired by historical references that Glaswegians have long preferred bigger, smokier whiskies. Cutty Sark Prohibition is bottled at 50% ABV. This is a small batch blend of the finest single malts and top-quality grain whiskies. Hand-selected American Sherry oak casks give subtle signature flavours of vanilla and spice, whilst the overall flavours and finish are extremely smooth and thrillingly complex.

The Naked Grouse enriches the flavours of Scotlands favourite whisky by maturing in sun dried sherry oak casks. The influence of our quality first-fill sherry casks develops a deep russet appearance and an aroma that melds black cherries, cocoa and oak. The taste experience is sublimely smooth with famous trade-mark dried fruits yielding to cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. The sweet finale is rich in dark chocolate with a spicy, orange finish.

A somewhat unusual blend in the world of Scotch whisky, Compass Box's Hedonism is made from a combination of eight to 15 casks of grain whiskies from some of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in Scotland. Most of these whiskies have been aged in first-fill American oak casks yielding a very special flavour profile that is full and round with richly textured notes of vanilla and toffee.

Cragganmore Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears warm gold in colour with a sweet nose of jelly, juicy fruits and a slight smokiness. Light to medium body with a firm, sweet palate of smoky undertones and nutty fruitiness. Medium finish with lovely oaky expressions, banana and vanilla notes linger on the tongue.
