Monkey Shoulder is a premium Scotch Whisky that is steeped in history and culture and to this day is still tended by hand by the experienced Malt Men of Speyside. Johnnie Walker Red Label continues to be one of Australia's favourite Scotch Whisky's. With a pedigree that dates back to 1820 when John Walker himself was bottling and selling whisky in his grocery store, it was his son, Alexander Walker, who began the legacy that has made Johnnie Walker the iconic name it is today. The Red Label was first introduced in 1909 and contains an expert blend of 35 grain and malt whiskies to produce a whiskey ideally suited for mixing. In fact, it was known that Johnnie Walker Red was the favourite whisky of Winston Churchill who loved it blended with Soda.

This peaty Single Malt dates back to 1816, when John Johnston and Archibald Campbell each constructed a distillery on what today is the Lagavulin site. After Johnston died, Campbell consolidated the two, before selling it to malt merchant Alexander Graham. Today it continues to uphold the traditions of its past, using meticulous preparation to create powerful whisky. Their signature 16 year old malt has a strong peat, smoke and seaweed nose that is followed by a nutty complexity and light fruitiness. In the mouth characters of Charcoal, dry woodiness and iodine followed by chilli chocolate and a hint of toffee.

Chivas Regal Extra is a new, exceptionally rich and generous Chivas Regal blend positioned between Chivas Regal 12 year old and Chivas 18 year old. It is crafted using a higher proportion of whiskies matured in sherry casks to deliver richer and more intense flavours incorporating a selection of our rare malt whiskies.

By using new French oak casks to finish this scotch, a fantastic vanilla and spice character is leeched into the whisky. This compliments the sweet malt and floral characters perfectly.
