After its usual aging process in American oak casks, this Talisker whisky undergoes a second maturation which makes The Distillers Edition unique with the flavour profile being older, sweeter and richer than the regular bottling's. On the palate, crisp peat then softens to great richness in the mouth. Sweet, roasty malt with heathery dryness and a luscious, slightly oily sweetness with juicy fruit and vanilla.

Matured in port puncheons, Limeburners Whisky is aged for up to 8 years. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth.

Aberlour a'bunadh is a single batch single malt that is sourced exclusively from the Speyside region - abunadh meaning 'The Origin' in Gaelic. Straight from the cask without chill-filtration and alcohol reduction, this whisky is heavy bodied and jam packed full of flavour. Abunadh is not for the faint hearted as with each batch of Abunadh they mature the Aberlour spirit exclusively in Spanish Oloroso Sherry Butts. The nose, is simply Christmas in a glass. Dried dates combined with heavy spices, cloves star anise and cinnamon sticks with burnt orange in the back. The feeling of black cherries with luxury dark chocolate coat the mouth with sherry and oak laced into it. An extremely robust Scotch leaves a finish full of exotic spices and wonderful oaky notes.

Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. With an average age of around 15 years and made from the finest terroirs in Cognac; Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, predominantly distilled in 1990, the Selections unique character comes from long ageing in oak barrels, which adds incomparable fullness and sweetness. Aromas of pears, apples, molasses, creme brulee, and vanilla. The palate is supple, plump, and grapey with a mouth coating texture, dried fruits and a slightly sweeter and lingering finish that is satin smooth.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.
