The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve is a truly superb single malt aged in Oloroso (Sherry) and Bourbon casks. This has created an amazingly smooth, mellow, and full flavoured whisky.

From the Hakushu distillery in the foothills of Mount Kaikomagatake comes their Distillers Reserve single malt whisky. A no-age statement expression that captures the smoky, herbaceous characteristics of their whiskies. Both lightly-peated and heavily peated malts were used for this complex and deeply enjoyable whisky. A hint of smoke and a lovely long finish.

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is innovatively matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year.

The process of Scotland's slowest distillation can be tasted in every dram of this Cask Strength Single Malt by Glengoyne. A 10 year journey in the making... This gin is the distillers masterpiece featuring suspended finger lime caviar from the distillers 80 acre farm at Kurrajong Heights. These little balls of limey goodness pop in your mouth when you bite them releasing an aromatic burst of pure citrussy gin an experience like no other! Also known as "Snow Dome Gin" it makes the perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for and has a spectacular presence with the suspended finger lime caviar swirling and magically suspending in the bottle. A super smooth gin featuring a medly of Hawkesbury grown citrus. Tahitian lime leaf and Kaffir lime leaf also grown on the distillers farm are balanced with aromatic Navelina oranges & juniper from the highest mountains of Bulgaria. Finger lime gin is hand made in micro batches of just 43L using spring water from our farm. Each bottle takes over 1 year to make and mature from growing the fruit to distilling the gin and infusing the finger lime caviar so that when you bite those little pops you get a burst of 40% alcohol gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in. Serve with tonic and ice to make the F Bomb Gin & tonic you will not be disappointed.

St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old is a deep amber in colour.The nose is a myriad of crýme caramel, toffee apples and Christmas cake with underlying chocolate, apricots and almonds. The palate is long with ethereal rancio characters of truffle, walnut, chocolate and poached pear.
