Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Triple Distilled.OCD vodka runs through a process that yields only to time, with longer than normal fermentation periods to allow the development of a deep, rich flavour profile.The distillation process then pulls back the layers, to allow for a smooth tasting liquid. A final filter to ensure that only the best is allowed to leave the bond, bottled with a wax seal to ensure quality.Using grain from the Riverina, the Vodka is developed from the same fermentation process as OCD Whiskey, which is reflected in the flavour and character filled taste of OCD Vodka.Triple distilled and then run through a custom made filter, the liquid is then bottled in bond, ready for the final lucky ones. Following on from the unique distillation process that produces OCD pure Vodka, OCD Cocoa uses only sustainably sourced and traceable cocoa nibs.These nibs are steeped for 10 days, to extract the warm, rich golden velvety character, to give OCD Cocoa Vodka its unique flavour.Aroma: Deep scents of cocoa nibs, dark chocolate truffles, sweet liquorice root and hints of browned cocoa butter.Tasting Notes: Intense and layered flavours of deep dark chocolate, cocoa dust and fudge brownie with hints of raisins and dates, that build to a warm and long bittersweet cocoa finish.

A cold brew method is used to extract the natural oils to give a strong and refined coffee flavour perfect for so many occasions.Aroma: Bold and intense aromas of freshly ground roasted coffee beans, coffee oil and burnt toffee.Tasting Notes: Intense flavours of ristretto with bitter oily coffee and earthy tones of anise and spices, that linger through to a long and bold coffee finish.

Ink Gin is a beautifully delicate modern Australian gin. Lemon myrtle & orange citrus, soft floral & fresh pine notes are followed by a spicy pepperberry finish. Pot distilled with a blend of 12 Australian native, traditional & exotic botanicals before being infused with an exotic blue flower which imparts smoothness and all natural indigo colour. The flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink with the addition of tonic, lemon or lime.

Deep golden colour and a dense foam. Full nose of pine, apricot, citrus, grapefruit and light plum with a slight dank hop grassiness. Light malty in flavour. Strong hop flavours of pine, citrus, apricot and stone fruit. Strong but very smooth bitterness from front to end. Medium-light body with a dry smooth yet bitter finish, leaving you wanting for more. The hop cones were lured by the tunes of the Piper to give this IPA extra flavours.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Our NEIPA is hazy and malty with a restrained bitterness and sweet flavours of mango, pineapple and oranges. At 6.6% this is our crowd pleaser. Packed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops to give it a juicy tropical finish.
