A great craft beer from Lord Nelson, the oldest licensed hotel in Sydney. One of the first hotels to brew their own. This Three Sheets Pale Ale has delightfully balanced malt, overtones of herbaceous hop characters, citrus flora's and aromas. Medium Gold in Colour.

Soft stone fruit and lychee hop aroma, bright golden body, super refreshing with a slightly bitter finish. It's a gentle beer for gentle people who care about having a good time whilst ensuring that their good time doesn't ruin the good time of others. Drink with good friends when thirsty.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

A clean brew with a delicate hoppiness from the noble French hop Strisselspalt. This draught is perfectly balanced and will accompany a variety of foods such as seafood, pork rillettes, white meats, semi-hard cheese (Comté, Cantal) and brined cheese.

A final filter to ensure that only the best is allowed to leave the bond, bottled with a wax seal to ensure quality.Using grain from the Riverina, the Vodka is developed from the same fermentation process as OCD Whiskey, which is reflected in the flavour and character filled taste of OCD Vodka.Triple distilled and then run through a custom made filter, the liquid is then bottled in bond, ready for the final lucky ones.Aroma: A warm and toasty fragrance of malted barley, cereal grains, roasted almonds and aromatic oils.Tasting Notes: An initial burst of grainy sweetness followed by a long and warming finish, with notes of butterscotch, star anise and bush honey.

Following on from the unique distillation process that produces OCD pure Vodka, OCD Cocoa uses only sustainably sourced and traceable cocoa nibs.These nibs are steeped for 10 days, to extract the warm, rich golden velvety character, to give OCD Cocoa Vodka its unique flavour.Aroma: Deep scents of cocoa nibs, dark chocolate truffles, sweet liquorice root and hints of browned cocoa butter.Tasting Notes: Intense and layered flavours of deep dark chocolate, cocoa dust and fudge brownie with hints of raisins and dates, that build to a warm and long bittersweet cocoa finish.

Deep golden colour and a dense foam. Full nose of pine, apricot, citrus, grapefruit and light plum with a slight dank hop grassiness. Light malty in flavour. Strong hop flavours of pine, citrus, apricot and stone fruit. Strong but very smooth bitterness from front to end. Medium-light body with a dry smooth yet bitter finish, leaving you wanting for more. The hop cones were lured by the tunes of the Piper to give this IPA extra flavours.

An easy-drinking pale, delivering a big, floral aroma, with tropical notes of lychee, stone fruit and citrus. Lightly toasted malt and gentle bitterness deliver a clean finish.

Our NEIPA is hazy and malty with a restrained bitterness and sweet flavours of mango, pineapple and oranges. At 6.6% this is our crowd pleaser. Packed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops to give it a juicy tropical finish.
