Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

With subtle hops, full malt, and a soft clean finish Stone & Woods hand crafted Green Coast Lager is influenced by the surrounding green hills in the Northern Rivers that roll down to meet the Pacific Ocean. Unfiltered, it has a light amber colour with a natural yeast cloud, and a flavour that strikes a balance between its subtle hop aroma and full malt palate, finishing soft and clean. Something so fine, yet so complex requires quality ingredients, attention to detail and finesse to produce. The best grain adds both softness to the palate and a full bodied malt character, whilst noble hops provide a subtlety and harmony that takes time to get right, and like the good things in life, it just cant be rushed, so take it slow.

This take on the XPA style beefs up the body (of the beer that is, not you), and uses just a single hop throughout. If you’re going for one you might as well make it a good one, so choose Citra. It hasn’t been hopped it to oblivion, instead allowing for the addition of crystal malt to express and balance the assertive bitterness. Of course it's been dry hopped generously, so there’s plenty of aroma there too!

Long before there were beer geeks, there were zythophiles. Related to the Greek verb zeo, meaning "to boil', a zythophile is a lover of all things beer. The Zytho Brewing team added hops by the truckload to create a full-flavoured India Pale Ale that will leave a lasting impression. When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Young Henrys Newtowner. Made from three varieties of local hops this beer is fun, fruity and even a little bitter - just like Newtown.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.
