Potocki Rye Polish VodkaPotocki is a high-quality Polish vodka produced using locally-sourced rye from the fields around the distillery in central Poland. The vodka is double distilled and bottled at 40% ABV without filtration, so all of the spirit's character ends up in the bottle, not in the filter.Very smooth, but not to the point of flavourlessness (is that even a word?). Elegant notes of rye bread, crushed nuts and perhaps a touch of dried fruit. The producers recommend drinking the vodka chilled but not frozen in order to preserve the more aromatic notes.

Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

Today Yamahai - Jikomi is quite a rare method of fermentation. This long slow processs not only gives the sake a rich concentrated flavour but also very high acid and dryness. It has a slight golden colour, with aromas of spice, tumeric and curd. Rich and complex on the palate, with a long crisp finish.

Most Armagnacs are a blend of grape varieties, this old Armagnac is made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes, the oldest variety in Armagnac.
