Bridging the boundary of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that they don't use peat smoke to dry their barley, rather they simply use warm air. Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards).
