Bridging the boundary of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that they don't use peat smoke to dry their barley, rather they simply use warm air. This gives the whiskies produce a feel of grace and subtlety. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lemon rind and candied apples and glimmer of coconut. The palate is dense and flavoursome courtesy of the hand-selected sherry casks that also impart a textured, long lasting finish.

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Ilegal joven mezcal is a perfect balance of espadin agave and light smoke. Deep agave aromas. Hints of baked apple and white pepper. Lingering heat and sweet agave throughout.

To add a unique depth of character and flavour, Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a true tequila connoisseurs blanco. It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. The nose carries light citrus aromas, whilst its palate is clean and crisp with some sweet notes of vanilla. The perfect base for a the ultimate margarita.

This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. The hand-selected ex Sherry casks also provide a richness that continues into the finish of this fine whisky that is ideally suited to enjoying neat.

Fortaleza tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation Sauza family-member. The Reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is matured in separate, charred oak barrels adding a rich and colourful flavour to their Kentucky straight bourbon. Before bottling, the second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring - extracting additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character. The innovative approach to maturation has crafted a delicious and award winning bourbon whiskey.
