Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

This wine was fermented then matured in older French oak barrels for 10 months. It is a light and crisp style with flavours of apple, pear and a hint of rose petal.

A relative newcomer on the Australian wine scene, Pinot Grigio offers a real alternative to the more traditional white varieties. Yalumba provide an exellent example here with a spicy, flavoursome, textured and a great food match styled wine.

Clear, with yellow hues. On the nose you'll find ripe varietal fruit flavours of ripe pear, white florals and citrus with green leaf and spice. A beautifully lifted and expressive wine with mouth-filling flavours that finish crisp and fresh. A wonderful all-rounder with it's lighter alcohol becomes a brilliant luncheon wine to partner many fresh cuisines.

Fresh aromas of pink lady apples and ripe Buerre Bosc pears cascade from the glass. The palate shows green apple and chalky minerality finishing with a soft touch of wild honey. There’s a fleshy tension to the wine from skin contact which is beautifully balanced with crisp varietal acidity.

Gorgeously aromatic - think honeysuckle blossom, fennel and freshly cut pear. On the palate, mouth filling honeyed spiced poached pears & granny smith apple skin, balanced with brilliant crisp acidity. It has great length and a vibrant minerality with a subtle grapefruit tang. Vibrant, floral, citrus. As a stand alone, Pinot Grigio is always a great appertif. But you can never go wrong pairing with fish or shellfish - think seafood risotto or even sashimi.
