This Thomas H Handy Rye Whiskey has a powerful, lush and boldly spice notes. It has flavours of toffee, fig cake, and candied fruit, followed by mint, cinnamon and clove on the nose. The finish ultimately reveals subtle notes of allspice, coconut and nutmeg. Long and warm.

Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is distinguished from Bourbon because it must contain at least 51% rye. Wild Turkey Rye is rich and balanced with a unique toffee and peppery taste that makes it less sweet that Bourbon, but with similar tones of caramel and vanilla, and a warm, smoky flavour.

This outstanding bourbon is aged in oak for over 10 years. It is masterfully crafted by using product from only 1 barrel, no blending from others! The rareness of this great bourbon is most evident in its beguiling and complex nose. Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller.
