Roberto Voerzio Fossati Barolo The Fossati is a descentdaent of the Fossati Case Nere 10 Anni Riserva. This wine offers a dual education in the power and robustness of relatively younger vineyard Barolo (it is more Barolo than La Morra) and the lamentable predictability of Italian bureaucratic nonsense. Owing to a change in the regulations, Roberto Voerzio had to change tack from his doppio cru reserve Barolo, known as Fossati Case Nere, as producers can only put the name of the winery, the region, sub-region or the particular cru on the label. You might think this is a reasonable stipulation, and, in truth, it is. What was so predictably lamentable is that it took so long. Now Roberto keeps the Case Nere for his Riserva and the Fossati for the Young Turk of Barolo that we may enjoy now. The 2015 was the first vintage of this wine.

Ruby Red. Fresh on the nose, with notes of berries and cherries. Pleasant on the palate, with echoes of the aromas of red fruits which balance the salinity and tannins in this wine. On the palate we find the same aromas of the nose, high acidity and a fine, elegant but long lasting bubbles. Food pairing - A versatile and easily combinable bubbles. Perfect with fish dishes and aperitifs.

Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso Doc - Friuli Colli Orientali Grapes: Monovarietal Refosco dal peduncolo rosso - Alcohol: 13% - Serve at: 16°C The wine is an intense ruby red colour.It has a heady bouquet, with fruity overtones which are reminiscent of raspberries and black cherry. The taste is full and lusty with a modest tannic weave which sustains the wine during the ageing phase.Suggested Food And Wine Pairing:It is ideally paired with game and fatty meats. Particularly indicated with ripe cheeses.

Bright, intense ruby red in colour, Tasca Regaleali Nero d'Avola is full flavoured with notes of sour cherry, mulberry, blueberry and vanilla. Herbaceous spice such as sage add further complexity leading into a beautifully balanced red wine.

The wine has a bright crimson colour. On the nose, it exudes black cherries, lightly spiced plums and a tinge of leather that will wrap around your senses and tempt you to take a sip. The palate will feel soft and fleshy, and comes loaded with wild raspberries, cherries, dark chocolate and earthy undertones. This wine tastes great with rustic homemade Pappardelle Ragu.

This delightful Yarra Valley Light Red Blend is 50% Shiraz, 50% Pinot Noir, and is beautifully robust yet soft and generous. In the glass: Medium red purple. On the nose: Beautifully perfumed black cherry, blood plum, whole bunch spice and peppery lift. On the palate: Elegant yet powerful with a fine web of tannins underpinning the complex mixof silken red and black fruit. It features notes of clove and five spice with bright acidity.
