Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David Stewart, filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums. When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit,with a warm, lingering finish. Made in the fabulous Benromach distillery, Red Door Gin is a small-batch, handcrafted London Dry style gin. The botanical selection was inspired by Scotlands mountains, forests and coastal fringes, featuring the likes of bitter orange, sea buckthorn, heather and rowanberries alongside the requisite juniper. Distilled in the affectionately named copper pot still, Peggy, it was created using the vapour-infused distilling method, which steams the neutral base spirit through a total of eight botanicals. It was bottled at 45% ABV, in a rather stylish and, appropriately, red receptacle. Red Door Gin can be enjoyed in a variety of serves, from a classic G&T to a Negroni or Martini. Sharp citrus cuts through bright juniper and floral heather. A bitter herbal note lingers underneath with touches of honey and chocolate.
