Dividing the ageing process into two different stages makes Dos Maderas 5+3 a unique aged rum. This rum is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados). Then it is shipped to Williams & Humberts installations in Jerez (Spain), where it is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Regulatory Council). This two-stage process produces old rum of unique characteristics, offering toasted aromas with hints of vanilla and nut. Serve it neat or with a few ice-cubes or as the main ingredient in select cocktails.

A wild fermented and double distilled sugar cane spirit that tastes like the coast feels. Until a 1960s grass roots community campaign shook things up, our beautiful, world famous Sunshine Coast was known as the Near North Coast. To us it feels like we’re close — but not quite there yet. And we like that a lot. Freshly juiced Maroochy River sugar cane, wild fermented and double distilled —with just a little sweet cane juice added. It’s clean, pure, grassy and herbaceous – just like a Sunshine Coast cane field on a beautiful sub-tropical day. Double Pot Distilled in the Hinterland Rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Original Cane is sweet and herbvaceous. A fresh and light rum with an image of youth, of vibrant nightlife, of joyous modernity. A modernity of taste and image that hides more than a century of tradition. Ron Millonario 10 Aniversario Reserva is presented in a bottle with transparent cap and a label which echoes the traditional design of the classic 15 Reserva Especial but graphically renewed and with a modern colour scheme. Warm amber in colour, it has an easy and never aggressive nose. Candied oranges, bergamot tea, vanilla and a hint of cola nut are its main aromas. At the palate, its lighter and fresher than the older expressions: mainly it tastes of chestnut and acacia honey, candied oranges and citrons and sultana raisins. Slightly hidden, but still evident, are nuts, chocolate, desiccated plums and apricots. Only at the end a peppery sting from the alcohol becomes just noticeable.

Ron Obispo is aged in small bourbon barrels of 200 litres where the maturation process takes place, adding the wood flavors to the existing licorice, honey, candied fruits and prune hints. The clove, nutmeg and vanilla spicy notes represent a trip back to the true roots of the genuine Cuban rums.

Ron Botran 12 Añejo is aged using the solera method, so it is a blend of rums aged between 5 and 12 years old. Produced at the same distillery as Ron Zacapa, it is distilled from "virgin sugar cane honey"The Botran family is commonly known for sugarcane production in Guatemala, but in 1939 they decided to begin a journey by establishing Industria Licorera Quetzalteca. The five brothers agreed that the ultimate place to age rum in Guatemala was Quetzaltenango. Since that day they have been involved in all the details regarding their rum production. Although the nurturing process has evolved, it all began with the nurturing process called Sistema Solera. This process implies the integration of young and old rums, as they mellow for years in white oak barrels. They are the first family that produced Guatemalan rum, nowadays they continue producing one of the worlds finest quality rums. Solera 1893 and Reserva high quality rums have won many worldwide awards for their intricacy, profundity and signature sweet flavour.
