Barossa born and bred, winemaker Daniel Chaffey Hartwig is the fifth generation of the Chaffey brothers' descendants to make wine in Australia. This progressive family winery showcases purity of fruit and minimal intervention winemaking while celebrating the sub-regional diversity of Barossa Shiraz. This Rosé is made from early harvested Pinot Noir from the Blue Pyrenees Estate. The colour is beautifully pale salmon pink with lovely flavours of glazed cherries, strawberries and cream. A great example of balance of acidity with fruits on the palate with a crisp finish.
