Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Winemaker’S Note: The grapes were picked from a single vineyard, 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 30% Chardonnay, then crushed and left on skins for 8 hours to enhance the flavour and release the vibrant colour, before being pressed. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.
