GAUTIER XO is a powerful blend of old eaux-de-vie, some of which come from or "Paradise Cellar" where the oldest and most precious Cognac eaux-de-vie are kept. A golden amber colour. A rich and harmonious blend of old eaux-de-vie, combining intense aromas of candied fruits, cinnamon and toasted bread, with subtle floral notes. Generous and smooth in the mouth, it offers a beautiful length on the palate.

A rich, full of rancio, grape-to-bottle Cognac. Minimum 20 years old, all the way to 30 years old. This cognac provides access to a single vineyard, quality “XO”, very different from the blends of the bigger brands. A very special drink to keep the night going with family and friends. Tasting notes: Colour: Amber, with a touch of old gold. Aromas: Down among the flowers: touches of jasmine, clove pink, combined with the first flavours of fruits: peach, plums. The old maturation of this Cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and this light and sweet aroma that only an old Cognac has. Palate: The outstanding touch for this Cognac XO is probably its great elegance which is one of the major characteristics of the « Premier Cru », fully represented here by the delicacy of aromas as well as the subtlety of its palate.

Rémy Martin is a family story of close to 300 years. Rýmy Martin VSOP is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the most sought-after vineyards of Cognac: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eaux-de-vie offer exceptional ageing potential, and are blended into what is known as Fine Champagne Cognac.

Amongst the different grades of cognac the VS quality is the youngest which can be sold after a minimum of 30 months in oak casks. For ageing the House of Prunier uses casks of 400 litres coming exclusively from the Limousin district and which are on average 6 to 8 years old.Prunier VS expresses the freshness, the delicacy and the fruit of the different areas of the region. It is an excellent base for mixtures and is adapted to cocktail aromas.

With the noble bottling, the house once again proves that the Grande Champagne, originally known for its old cognacs, can also produce excellent younger qualities. The proof: a coveted gold medal from the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondiale 2021 and a wonderfully harmonious profile of fruity freshness and warm spiciness. The 4 to 6-year-old VSOP comes from the picturesque La Pouyade winery, which has been family-owned since 1894 and is completely independent to this day. It is surrounded by 25 hectares of the finest white wine grapes. They thrive in the "Golden Triangle", the heart of Grande Champagne. They are cherished and loved in the fifth generation by Christophe Fillioux and his family, who are one with their vineyard. You can taste that in their extremely aromatic cognacs – and today they are valued around the world. Tasting Notes: Nose: fruity and delicately floral. Palate: Fresh figs and citrus blend with nutmeg, almond paste and orange blossom. Finish: Enjoyable and warming with subtle spice.

The purest noblesse and distinction of a Grande Champagne. So fine, so elegant so complex, so rich, this wonderful cognac is quite lively in spite of its very old ageing, creamy and appetizing, offering some notes of dried and jammy fruit, with the finest rancio aromas, leather, cigar box fragrances, toasted chocolate, liquorice and toffee. Very long finish with notes of honeyed and peppery spices coming through. It’s a travel in the infinite world of the aromas. A great cognac to meditate. Exceptional.
