Vintage cognacs are as rare as hen’s teeth, even more so from the best part of Grand Champagne, and 1992, freshly bottled, perfectly proves the superiority and individuality of artisan production. Harvested and distilled in 1992, this Cognac was matured in a French recent loose grain oak cask, in a cool damp cellar. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fresh and floral on the nose with citrus fruit, syrupy apples and refined orchid tones. Palate: Round and complex palate with beeswax, ripe plum, candied orange and chocolate. Finish: Long and lively finish with persistent aromas of baked pastry, light spices, and cherry.

It is surrounded by 25 hectares of the finest white wine grapes. They thrive in the "Golden Triangle", the heart of Grande Champagne. They are cherished and loved in the fifth generation by Christophe Fillioux and his family, who are one with their vineyard. You can taste that in their extremely aromatic cognacs – and today they are valued around the world. Tasting Notes: Nose: fruity and delicately floral. Palate: Fresh figs and citrus blend with nutmeg, almond paste and orange blossom. Finish: Enjoyable and warming with subtle spice.
