Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

Zesty Riverland blood oranges, cara cara navels and spicy botanicals are slow-steeped to extract every heart-warming drop of flavour. Riverland cara cara navels and blood oranges are harvested fresh for this distinctive gin. Balanced with juniper, pepper berry, coriander, cinnamon myrtle, camomile, and strawberry gum the botanicals are distributed across six botanical baskets and slow steeped in our sugarcane spirit for up to two days. Enticing aromas of orange, zest and slight musk awaken the senses. The palate begins with juicy citrus, followed by rounded spice, herbal intrigue, and zest. Inspired by juicy South West Australian summer fruits and warm days in Margaret River, this gin is light and thirst-quenching with a soft sweetness on the palate. Quandong is an essential element to the unique flavour profile, and brings a dryness to the palate. Pronounced botanicals include: Quandong, Fig, Apple, Berries, Citrus.

No. 8 showcases the zesty citrus flavour of South Australias very own organic Riverland oranges. This botanical gin is soft and smooth on the palette. The citrus notes are complemented by the distinct flavour of star anise and coriander seed. Enjoy with a quality, floral tonic water and a slice or two of dehydrated organic orange.

Twelve botanicals, some from our own distillery garden, make up this punchy gin. Rhubarb, bay leaf, apple and cloves give a savoury zing on the palette. This style pairs well with just about anything green and leafy, our suggestion is some fresh basil and a quality, floral tonic water. Great for cocktailmaking & mixing.

Big, dry and peppery. Big Dry has notes of rosemary thyme, kaffir lime and sage, but what sets this gin apart is the jalapeno we use to give it that extra kick. Tasmanian Dry Gin, A classic London Dry style with a Tassie twist has 11 botanicals that hero the native pepperberries and herbs found on the way to Cradle Mountain. Wildly fragrant with alpine freshness, juniper, coriander and Tasmanian highland pepperberries with a hint of liquorice root.
