Talavera take its name from the pattern of the design painted onto the bottle. The tequila is an authentic taste and quality of 100% agave which is a delight to the palate. Talavera holds the Super-Premium quality of Cofradia Tequila, which is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months. The bottles are hand made then baked in an oven to create individual ceramic containers. A group of Artisans co-operate to bring together the components being bottle, product and artwork on each bottle. La Dama's agricultural and production processes are based on the revolutionary ideas of their Mexican ancestors. La Dama is the biggest organic blue agave grower in the world. Arquitecto Tequila is created from high altitude agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca. The tequila is distilled in copper, exclusively from the weber blue agave plant in Mexico. The agave is cooked, crushed, fermented, and distilled within a range of 41- 45% ABV at Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila. No immature agave, no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives were used in the production of Arquitecto Tequila.

La Gritona Reposado is a subtle and distinctive 100% blue agave tequila distilled by a local family in the small region of Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. La Gritona Reposado has been gaining notoriety around Southern California as a bartenders secret and their preferred after-shift drink. Some call it a session tequila. Very vegetal, without the sweetness, oakiness, or vanilla that is often associated with a highland Reposado. You will not find a rounder finish in the tequila world.

Don Fulano tequilas are made from agaves grown by fifth generation agave growers in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. They are then distilled in the valley town of Tequila and aged masterfully. This tequila displays notes of caramelised peach, dark chocolate and nutmeg.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Born in Mexico, shaped by Scotland, Storywood is the only range of tequilas in the world that are fully matured in single malt whisky and Oloroso sherry barrels. The Speyside Añejo 14 was born in Mexico and raised for over 14 months in a Scotch whisky barrels, this adventurous Añejo is a tantalizingly two-sided tequila. Hiding in every deep amber dram are notes of toasted oak, roasted nuts and treacle toffee.
