The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of passion fruit, pear and gooseberry filling the mouth and lingering with the crisp dry finish.The 2019 Pinot Gris exhibits intense aromas of vibrant pear, ripe perfumed apple and lifted white citrus blossom. The fruit driven mid-palate displays complex white fruit flavours with a crisp natural acidity.

This fabulously affordable bubbly from the Vouvray region of the Loire Valley in northwest France. It has both ripe apple fruit and toasty flavours that work best with seafood. Deliciously different and well worth a try.

Lumiere Sur Lie Koshu Hikari 2015 is fresh and mineral produced under the Sur Lie method. Green apple nose with lemon, and herbal aromas, light body but intense citrus flavours, and complex mineral notes. Subtle long finish. This is a wine that will lift up flavours of dishes.

Naturally semi-sweet white wine made from grapes Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Tetra, and other traditional white varieties cultivated in Georgia. Alazani Valley wine has a straw colour with emerald reflections, a rich aroma with notes of roasted nuts, ripe apples and fruity notes of melon. The taste of this superb wine is soft and fresh with a mild sweetness and distinct notes of quince.

White dry wine made from grapes Rkatsiteli cultivated in famous Kakheti Terroir. The most popular white Georgian wine. Full, saturated taste, a unique bouquet of aromas and features of this grapes type. Long aftertaste reveal pleasant notes of green apple and yellow cherry plum. Rkatsiteli wine is perfect as an aperitif and in combinations with fish, vegetables and cheeses. Chilled to 10-12 degrees.

Naturally semi-dry white wine made from Rkatsiteli grape cultivated in Kakheti region. The wine has a golden straw colour, harmonious aroma with delicate notes of fruit, flowers and honey and a pleasant sweet taste. It is perfect as an aperitif and in combination with salads, lean meat, desserts and fruit.

Pale yellow colour. Aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus dominate the nose, while the palate is characterized by freshness due to the acidity, soft round texture and long aftertaste. An excellent aperitif wine. Goes well with seafood, fresh salads and pasta. It can be great companion to traditional Greek stews.

Château Haut-Brion was the one and only estate outside of the Médoc and Sauternes to be bestowed 1st Growth status in the original classification of 1855. That reputation and standing has withstood over 150 years and can be tasted in what can only be described as 'blockbuster' white wine. A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Semillon, this wine should be held up as the flag-bearer for all Bordeaux Blancs. Mind blowing texture is the trademark of 2009 along with superb flavours and aromas of lemon scented cream, orange skin and a touch of lanolin. The ageing propensity of this wine is not be underestimated and will last in a good cellar for at least 30 years.
