Matured for over ten years in warehouse located near the sea, for a smooth tasting whisky with an air of sea salt on the finish. Some of our casks are matured in warehouses that are more exposed to the cooler sea air. The conditions in this coastal location affect our maturation climate and help create a smooth style of whisky that we call Sea Cask.

Matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon Barrels with an Aged Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish, Jura 12 YO Single Malt is a rich and rounded balance of subtle smoky notes with a sweet sherry cask finish.

The distillery is located in the glen of the Kinchie Burn where it derives its name. Glenkinchie is a sweeter style of scotch that is supported by a delightful creamy texture on the palate.

Full of flavour, with passionfruit and apricot both dominating. Starts sweets but the slightly bitter passionfruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character. Passionfruit and Coconut Gin is best served with a premium tonic and garnished with pineapple.

Our Master Distiller has taken great care to get Rhubarb & Ginger Gin just right. Beautifully balanced and crafted, warm spiciness, tangy sweetness, more juniper and more gin. Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.
