Using 100% Weber Blue Agave, picked at their peak anywhere from 8-12 years old Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavours of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila by 1800 is ideal for sipping.

Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months. As in many premium red wines, the blends must be adjusted for each vintage. The same care and attention is paid when blending Patrón Añejo making it smooth, distinctive and extraordinary.

100% Espadin. Produced from 6-7 year old agave, single distilled with no artificial additives or flavorings. At 40% this mezcal has fresh acidity, round fruitiness and a nice balance of roasted agave and smokiness. The finish is clean and light on the palate with hints of jalapeno spice. Bridging the boundary of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that they don't use peat smoke to dry their barley, rather they simply use warm air. This gives the whiskies produce a feel of grace and subtlety. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lemon rind and candied apples and glimmer of coconut. The palate is dense and flavoursome courtesy of the hand-selected sherry casks that also impart a textured, long lasting finish.

Established 2010 in San Agustin Amatengo, Ejutla, Oaxaca. Espíritu Lauro mezcal is traditionally produced and distilled in copper stills. Espíritu Lauro Joven is an ensamble made in San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca. This mezcal is bright and subtly smokey. It has notes of dried herbs and a sweet agave finish that mixes with the tastes of baked jalapenos.

A new tequila venture founded by former Test Cricket Captain, Adam Gilchrist. The brand’s name, El Arquero , is Spanish for “The Archer” and “The Keeper”. “That’s where the cricket reference ends,” Gilchrist says. “I wanted something that could stand on its own two feet... I’m not a brand ambassador, I’m a founder. I wanted to do it properly.” Adamant that the brand isn't about celebrity or fanciful stories, Gilchrist is genuinely interested in quality. “We didn’t want to just slap a label on someone else’s juice,” he says. “We wanted something authentically made, traditionally distilled, and clean as it gets. No additives, no shortcuts.” So he and his team partnered with the Báñuelos family, third-generation masters and original founders of Cazadores. Their Destiladora de Los Altos distillery has been quietly perfecting the art for over half a century. The Blanco is aimed at being accessible without compromising proper tequila character. Seven year old agaves are harvested to create a bright, herbaceous aroma leading to a refreshingly crisp palate. According to Esquire Magazine, "...clarity shows in the liquid. The Blanco leads with roasted pineapple, citrus and white pepper before sliding into notes of vanilla and lemon. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).
