Using 100% Weber Blue Agave, picked at their peak anywhere from 8-12 years old Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The silver or blanco is tequila in its purest form. Unaged and crystal clear, this tequila is crisp, smooth and full of 100% Agave flavour. The aromas are bright, fresh cut grass, citrus and vanilla with similar flavours coming through on the palate along with some butterscotch and pineapple.

Refined and complex aromas of caramel, vanilla, apple and cinnamon are reminiscent of apple pie, the palate continues with added notes of chocolate, orange and honey with a hint of aromatic spice and a toasted oak finish.
