Hussong’s Silver Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The silver or blanco is tequila in its purest form. Unaged and crystal clear, this tequila is crisp, smooth and full of 100% Agave flavour. The aromas are bright, fresh cut grass, citrus and vanilla with similar flavours coming through on the palate along with some butterscotch and pineapple.

100% Espadin. Produced from 6-7 year old agave, single distilled with no artificial additives or flavorings. In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Reposado Tequila is rested for 8 months. It has an amazingly soft texture with a vegetal sweetness balanced against soft and sweet vanilla notes from the ex-bourbon barrels in which it is rested.

Hussong’s Anejo Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for at least 15 months in used bourbon barrels to give it a smooth and balanced taste. Refined and complex aromas of caramel, vanilla, apple and cinnamon are reminiscent of apple pie, the palate continues with added notes of chocolate, orange and honey with a hint of aromatic spice and a toasted oak finish.

Tasting note: This deep gold coloured Anejo conjures frail aromas of incense and potpourri alongside menthol tobacco and lavender honey. Brief air contact reduces the bouquet to oak shavings. It's silky and well-rounded with butter-menthol cough lozenge and white pepper flavours finishing elegant, medium long with light wood spice. An accessible sipper. 40% Alc./Vol.

Don Fulano tequilas are made from agaves grown by fifth generation agave growers in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. They are then distilled in the valley town of Tequila and aged masterfully. This tequila displays notes of caramelised peach, dark chocolate and nutmeg.

Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a true tequila connoisseurs blanco. It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. The nose carries light citrus aromas, whilst its palate is clean and crisp with some sweet notes of vanilla. The perfect base for a the ultimate margarita.
