This Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been crafted by master distiller Jim McEwan from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky has Rich spicy flavour with a much more intense finish on the house style. It is aged for 14 years in American oak, followed by three years in Matusalem sherry butts, before a final year in sherry butts. A fantastic nose of vanilla, dark chocolate, citrus fruit, cinnamon, rich coffee, nutmeg and cloves.

Beginning where others end, the 21 Year Old is a complex Scotch, ranging from lemon and tea to chocolate and coconut. Available in the now famous porcelain bottle that comes in three different colours representing the jewels inlaid into the Crown Jewels. The Highland style of Whisky is generally considered to be one of the most approachable styles. Deep gold in colour with a nose of heather and wood smoke Highland Park has a deceptively complex palate that ranges from sweet maltiness to smokey peat and savoury spices.

An elegant sophisticated Speyside with the most complex aroma of any malt. Astonishingly fragrant with sweetish notes and a smoky saltiness on the finish. Complexity married to such refinement is not easily found.

Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. Using five small copper pot stills and unusual horizontal condensers that gently coax extra character from the spirit, The Deveron is a light, fruity and approachable spirit with some hints of nutty notes.

Dewar's 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky has a nose that presents as a complex blended Scotch whisky at first but with time some toffee notes arrive nicely backed by the grain notes. Some good oak spice is also previlent along with some heather. The finish is dry with some cleansing maltiness, a surprisingly long finish that is complex and warming.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is innovatively matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year.
