This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

The Spey River Single Malt Scotch whisky is matured in traditional American Oak casks until it achieves the perfect balance of green leafy notes in harmony with sweet delicate oak. The whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow further development of sweet vanilla notes. The Spey River has a beautiful floral aroma which is intertwined with hints of spice, fresh fruit and oak. Delicate on the taste with subtle spice and oak notes enveloped with a mellow, vanilla sweetness. Aroma - Soft delicate Single Malt with hints of leafy spring blossom overlaid with subtle vanilla oakiness. Taste - Beautifully mellow with a gentle oaky character. Finish Sweet and Crisp

Dalwhinnie is the highest of all the distillers in Scotland and place so to take advantage of the cleanest springwater possible. Dalwhinnie has a smokey, floral aroma and a delicate palate of heather and honed malt. A serious Whisky, yet approachable to the beginners.

Distilled since 1897. A subtle Speyside malt, Glen Moray is matured in oak casks producing a Whisky which is light gold in colour and gently spiced with fruity butterscotch notes.

Uniquely located on the border that separates the Lowlands from the Highlands, Glengoyne are also unique in that this historic distillery air dry their barley rather than the accepted Scottish practice of peat smoke drying. This imparts a subtlety and grace that other whiskies do not have. The 18 Year Old Single Malt has spent 18 long years maturing ex Sherry casks, the majority of which are first-fill. This patience has borne a whisky that shows spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel. Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Embodying the 'gentle taste of Islay', Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is an approachable, welcoming whisky. Ex-sherry cask influence and being non-chill filtered add to the layers of complexity exuding from this premium whisky.

The Highland style of Whisky is generally considered to be one of the most approachable styles. Deep gold in colour with a nose of heather and wood smoke Highland Park has a deceptively complex palate that ranges from sweet maltiness to smokey peat and savoury spices.

Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

Straddling the Scottish high and lowlands, Glengoyne have Scotland's slowest whisky distillation process. The result, unique and exceptional single malts. Add to this 25 years maturing in hand selected European oak sherry casks and you have an unmissable whisky experience.

anCnoc is a very special and curious distillery. Using ancient traditions and practices, anCnoc (pronounced a-knock) produces a very modern whisky that is destined to please all whisky lovers. Wonderfully light and delicate to the nose and palate, notes of fresh citrus and honey are present. Aged in a carefully selected combination of sherry and bourbon casks, this 12 Year Old Single Malt has a incredibly smooth finish and should be considered a malt for every occasion.
