Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. Double matured in port casks, this malt is a toast to the Scottish traders who braved the high seas and were instrumental in founding the port wine trade, shipping it to the world. 'Port Ruighe' (pronounced 'Portree') is the Gaelic spelling of the once bustling trading port on Skye. The Port finish combines Talisker's powerful maritime character with succulent sweet notes of rich berry fruits for a superb contrasting taste experience.

Meaning 'Glen of the green grassland', Glenfarclas has an enviable reputation amongst Whisky lovers around the world. The 8 Year Old is vibrant and straw gold in colour, with fresh, sappy aromas of honey, almonds and butterscotch. A firm palate is maryied with a mild smokiness and a delicious malty, butterscotch finish.

A sweeter style of Scotch, Glenkinchie is bright gold in colour and very approachable. The nose carries aromas of vanilla, citrus and wild flowery and is reflected on the palate and supported by a surprisingly creamy texture.

Featuring ginger cake, orange fondant, caramelised pear and brandy snaps on the nose with fresh ground coffee, chocolate ganache and cinnamon apple on the palate. Initially matured in American white oak, this limited 21 Year Old edition 2015 release is transferred into first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The Dalmore whisky spends a decade in these exceptional casks for an outstanding finish with Oxford marmalade, macerate cherries and soft liquorice.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky has Rich spicy flavour with a much more intense finish on the house style. It is aged for 14 years in American oak, followed by three years in Matusalem sherry butts, before a final year in sherry butts. A fantastic nose of vanilla, dark chocolate, citrus fruit, cinnamon, rich coffee, nutmeg and cloves.

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

Dalmore, located on the northern shores of the Firth of Cromarty, deep in the Scottish Highlands has been making single malt whiskies since 1839 and the bottles still bear the stag crest of the Clan Mackenzie. Their Cigar Malt Reserve is a wonderful blend of three different oak types of 10-15 year old whiskies. White American oak, 30 year old Matusalem Olorosso Sherry casks and Premier Cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques.
