Our Australian made craft Southern Strength Gin is a botanical blast of classic flavour with a luxurious mouthfeel. A savoury overproof expression, achieved by elevating the angelica root, coriander seed and lemon character. This gin was developed from bartender and consumer feedback from seven separate Dark Series batch releases. Tasting Notes Nose: Fragrant pine mingling with bright citrus and earthy angelica. Coriander seed elevates the citrus character.Palate: Oily and viscous and immediately savoury. Juniper still dominates, however is complimented with earthy notes of angelica root and coriander seed.

Mt Uncle Distillery Botanic Australis Bushfire Smoked Gin

Kapriol Grapefruit & Hibiscus Gin

Starting from the traditional recipe of Kapriol Dry Gin, the best Sicilian grapefruits & Hibiscus flowers were selected. What a unique combination. The botanicals are first infused in alcohol of sustainably grown cereals of the highest quality, and then distilled in one of two historical stills from 1947, built by Antonio Padovan. They only hold 100L each and are made from copper. Kapriol Gin Grapefruit & Hibiscus , presents the nose with a combination of the bitterness and the sweet citrus of the pink grapefruit which elegantly enriches the olfactory sensation of the product giving it complexity and delicacy. On the palate the explosion of hibiscus flowers emerges, accompanied in the end by a strong but balanced note of grapefruit.
