Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

Brogan's Way Evening Light Gin

Distilled in Melbourne by Brogan herself, Evening Light Gin is her fresh and fruity, easy drinking gin. Gentle and zesty, she like to think of it as new age Australian gin. Unique botanicals such as fresh mangos, fresh raspberries and organic white grapefruit juice form a fruity and unconventional backbone, complimented with sweet piney juniper and warm cassia. refreshing strawberry gum and river mint shine through. Tasting Note: Lighter and more delicate in flavour, not alcoholic strength. With a gentle piney juniper and dry coriander seed base lifted up by fresh Australian mangos, raspberries, and white grapefruit juice to create a lively character. Highlighted by the delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, and warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give a gentle, sweet, berry like element and deliciously refreshing. Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.

Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Piave Grappa

Grappa (literally meaning Grape Stalk) is the Italian spirit that is produced from distilling the skins, seeds and stalks of grapes after making wine, not the juice its self. Piave is aromatic and warming, making it a great after-dinner drink.

Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin

Tasmanian Modern Gin, 15 botanicals showcase oranges and wild Tasmanian herbs and flowers picked from local gardens and fields. Sage, cardamon, wild fennel, and sweeping meadow florals driven by lavender, bay and rosemary with echoes of juniper.

Patient Wolf Gin

Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

Billy Goat's Gin Wise Old Goat

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Panarea Sunset Gin

This Italian gin gets its name, and its taste, from the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily, where many of the botanicals are grown. A refreshingly herbaceous gin made using a combination of juniper, myrtle berries, citrus peels, coriander and more. Produced like the island gin, Sunset has two important Mediterranean botanicals infused, basil and grapefruit. These give a distinctive and very fresh component allowing to break neat with crushed basil leaves and ice, or as a Negroni or Martini

Panarea Island Gin
