Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

Nouaison: the name means setting and is the beautiful metamorphosis stage from aromatic flower to luscious berry. Complex, intense and spicy, GVine Nouaison is for gin connoisseurs. Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

The goal from the outset for Italicus was to create a spirit that had exceptional provenance. All the ingredients are 100% Italian, taking the best examples from different regions: Bergamot from Calabria; Cedro from Sicilia; Roman Camomile from Tuscany; Lavender, Gentian, Yellow Roses and Melissa Balm from Piemonte. Our neutral grain spirits are also Italian. Even our cap and bottle are made in Italy. And we do not add any refined sugar or syrup, instead we naturally sweeten our liqueur with a natural brown sugar (cane sugar) in order to respect the Rosolio production process as it was back in the 15th Century. In Italicus everything is natural, everything is Italian.
