Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked, long lasting finish.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Rusty Barrel Spiced expression is a seductive blend of premium 5-year-old Caribbean rums and rich spices including coffee, vanilla, cocoa, orange peel and cinnamon. Red Leg rum is left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger, spices and caramelised Pineapple. Smooth texture with vibrant Pineapple notes and a warming mouth feel.

In its conception, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender for Plantation Rum, brought together six rum luminaries. The Kornog Roc'h Hir Single Malt (Peated) is matured in Bourbon casks for three years. It is a bright pale, straw gold color. The nose begins with aromas of wet wool and lanolin. Once opened the peat brings forward dried apple, light cocoa, and cinnamon flavours. This is followed with an oily, cereal, crisp malt delivery with the finish upping the richness adding cocoa-laced peat, walnut slice and lanolin carrying through to the aftertaste. Exhibits a freshness, balance and staying power that belies its youth.

Goodradigbee's Ironbark Red is a world's first innovation being the only single malt spirit matured in Australian Red Ironbark sourced from the New England Ranges, and in Goodradigbee's whisky maturation cubes, not barrels. The spirit is a rich, red and surprisingly complex spirit. It has a sweet honey and charred citrus flavour upfront, then moves to dark chocolate and golden syrup swiftly followed by subtle notes of seasoned wood and a nutty maltiness. The finish is powerful and succinct.
