Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.
