Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Super smooth Vodka O has won the 2011 World Spirits Award and the 2010 Vodka Masters in London in the smooth category.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is made from 100% Tasmanian apples crafted into cider and distilled through our copper still in our 1840s stable. Sweet and clean with subtle apple flavours. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is a perfect after dinner drink served over ice or as a great cocktail base to create a OKD style mojito with soda, mint and lime.

A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

Embezzler Gin is designed to be a well-balanced gin that incorporates a strong juniper character. Blended with citrus, florals, spices, sweetness and ending with a traditional London dry finish that lasts just long enough before you are wanting to take another sip. Named after William Henry Ellis, a convicted embezzler and founder of Dysart House Embezzler Gin can be drunk straight, on ice, with tonic or OKD's personal suggestion chilled with a slice of lime. Either way the Embezzler should stand out in your glass.

Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Serve from the freezer, neat, over ice-cream or with soda and ice for a refreshing and special experience.
