This is a powerful, full flavoured and complex gin created using our very own grape spirit base, for drinkers of Gin with a little bit of a kick. Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

Inspired by the Italian classic Caffè Corretto the beautiful union of espresso coffee with a serve of glorious Grappa. Syrupy-sweet espresso flavours complimented by dark cocoa Tiramisù.

Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka. The purity of the spirit is enhanced with the addition of spring water sourced from deep within the aquifers of the Southern Highlands. A beautifully handcrafted Lime Liqueur from Cello. It uses 100% local produce infused with the purest sugarcane distilled alcohol. With the mouth watering aromas of lime zest, it follows through with long lasting vibrancy of honeyed lime peel and supple acidity with a hint of zest bitterness on the palate. Fresh Orange zest infused with the purest sugarcane distilled alcohol, makes this quality handmade Cello Arancello Liqueur. It has great purity and intensity of orange and citrus flavours, which is versatile to be used in cocktails or enjoyed it straight on crushed ice.

Cello Limoncello is made with 100% local lemons infused with lemon zest and the purest of sugarcane distilled alcohol. Mouth watering of freshly cut lemon aromas on the nose accompany by lively acidity and a hint of the zest's bitterness on the palate. This is a beautifully made product, which makes a perfect cocktail companion.

Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

A classic aniseed flavoured liqueur from Cello. This Sambuca Bianca has seamless flavours of both anisee and star anise, making it a nice smooth drink to easily blend into cocktail recipes or simply added to a great Italian coffee.
