The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Super smooth Vodka O has won the 2011 World Spirits Award and the 2010 Vodka Masters in London in the smooth category.

Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is made from 100% Tasmanian apples crafted into cider and distilled through our copper still in our 1840s stable. Sweet and clean with subtle apple flavours. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is a perfect after dinner drink served over ice or as a great cocktail base to create a OKD style mojito with soda, mint and lime.

Embezzler Gin is designed to be a well-balanced gin that incorporates a strong juniper character. Blended with citrus, florals, spices, sweetness and ending with a traditional London dry finish that lasts just long enough before you are wanting to take another sip. Named after William Henry Ellis, a convicted embezzler and founder of Dysart House Embezzler Gin can be drunk straight, on ice, with tonic or OKD's personal suggestion chilled with a slice of lime. Either way the Embezzler should stand out in your glass.

Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Serve from the freezer, neat, over ice-cream or with soda and ice for a refreshing and special experience.

Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)Layered notes of Juniper (organic), Coriander Seed, Fresh Lime. Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.
