Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Super smooth Vodka O has won the 2011 World Spirits Award and the 2010 Vodka Masters in London in the smooth category.

Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. A warming spice-driven gin with a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed.
